Your first visit is $100 for an individual, $175 for two people, and $250 for a family.
This visit is focused on understanding what’s going on. We’ll talk through your concerns, perform an assessment, and give you clear recommendations based on your needs.
From there, we’ll walk you through the best plan moving forward, including simple monthly plans or packages of care, so you can choose what works best for you.

From there, we’ll assess and walk you through exactly what we’re seeing and what we recommend — so you leave with clarity and a plan.
No. The first step is simply understanding what’s going on and what your options are. If it feels like the right fit, we’ll walk you through a plan. If not, you’ll still leave with more clarity than you came in with.
Care isn’t one-size-fits-all. During pregnancy and early postpartum, there are times your body (and your baby) need more consistent support and other times we maintain.
We’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed at each stage so you’re not guessing or trying to figure it out on your own.
How soon can I get started?
We do our best to get you in as soon as possible, especially for pregnant moms and newborns where timing matters.
We typically have appointments available within the same week. Reach out, and we’ll help you find the soonest opening that works for you.
